Fees

You will always be informed of any possible fees prior to any treatment being rendered.  We accept many different insurance company plans for your convenience and we will try to obtain estimates from your insurance for your copayments in addition to processing your claims for you.  Please keep in mind that these are only estimates given to us by your insurance and they may change depending on, and not limited to, factors such as deductables not met, pending claims by other providers, maximum allowances exceeded, and changes in your benefits by your insurance company.  All claims are consider outstanding and are your responsibility until we are reimbursed by your insurance or received your payment in full.  We accept major credit cards and participate in various Care Credit payment plans for your convenience.

It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment. We have no influence or control over your insurance policy or insurance company. The entire fee for your treatment is your responsibility if your insurance company chooses not to cover the treatment.  Please provide us with a complete insurance information prior to your appointment so we may obtain accurate coverage for your treatment in timely manner.

Missed appointments

We reserve  1 ½ to 2 hours for your treatment.  Once an appointment has been made, this time has been reserved for you with appropriate staff to serve your dental needs. Canceling without adequate notice makes it difficult for us to meet the needs of other patients.  We would appreciate your consideration.

Minors

A legal guardian must accompany the minor to his or her appointment and remain in our office during the appointment. 

Payment of services for the treatment of minors is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
